How long will it take for my order to be processed and posted?
Orders placed and paid between 21:00 Thursday & 21:00 Sunday will be posted Monday.
Orders placed and paid between 21:00 Sunday and 21:00 Tuesday will be posted Wednesday.
Orders placed and paid between 21:00 Tuesday and 21:00 Thursday will be posted Friday.
Orders will not be processed between Friday & Sunday, these will say "Awaiting Payment".
Orders after 21:00 Thursday will be posted Monday
Orders Take 1-3 Working Days after "Post Day" to arrive. So if your order is posted Monday, it's likely to arrive Tuesday / Wednesday.
A "Post Day" is a day we deliver your parcel to Royal Mail, these are 1st Class Tracked.
Monday - Post Day
Tuesday - No Post
Wednesday - Post Day
Thursday - No Post
Friday - Post Day
Saturday - No Post, No Process
Sunday - No Post, No Process
I have paid, my order still says "Awaiting Payment" and not "Payment Accepted"?
This only indicates we have processed your order at our end, this is all relative to the cut off times and days listed above and they are completed of a night time. If you feel your order hasn't been processed and it gone past this time frame, feel free to email us email@example.com
Can you leave my parcel under the bin? Inside the shed? With Brenda at No 52?
Basically, no. We do not use anybody other than Royal Mail, nor do we deliver it ourselves. Everything from the moment we leave it at the Post Office, is then out of our hands.
Can you send my parcel un-tracked?
Unless it is an exceptional circumstance, then no. We would be leaving yourselves and us open to abuse. We do not want items you've purchased with your hard earned money floating around without knowing it's exact whereabouts.
I believe my parcel may be missing?
We may be close to perfect, however everybody makes mistakes, not just Royal Mail but ourselves included. It may be that we've struggled to associate an order (paid under a different name) or simply Royal Mail forget to leave you a red slip. In either case, if it's not delivered within the time frame mentioned above, do not hesitate to email us or contact us on WhatsApp and we will investigate and resolve this with you as quickly as possible.
Can I pay using somebody else's bank account?
Of course, but please try to ensure the amount paid is accurate and if possible your order reference is included on the bank transfer reference. This allows us to correlate the order with ease, if you have any difficulty doing this, please contact us so we can marry up the payment with the order.
